This minor update contains only fixes to make it easier to deploy purepd in many different situations.
- removed purepd/ prefix for objects unlikely to have name conflicts with binary objects so that its easier to deploy this lib
- removed list-abs dependency from fifo
- updated Makefile to 1.0.6
