I have been doing music under System Boot for almost two years now. I have been wanting to expand my computer music knowledge, so I have decided to learn PD. My plans for PD have not yet unfolded, although I plan to use it in Linux and XP. I am more of a musician than computer programer, and until now have been using Fruity Loops, Jeskola Buzz, Acid and Renoise. I hope pd will allow me to make random drumsequencers and effects. I also want to make a Linux based PD guitar processor. My hopes right now are purely on experiment and I am not to worried about the "musical" aspects at this point. I am looking foward to working in this platform.
