- disable SIMD code by default (prevent crashes)
- all code is now UTF-8
- [pack]/[unpack] now accept all messages (like their vanilla counterparts)
- [msgfile] does not crash with [add2( on an emtpy buffer
- [limiter~] on-the-fly oversampling parameters (higher precision)
