this release fixes several crasher bugs and documentation errors.

it is also the first 0.93 release to feature OSX binaries: the archive contains both PPC (G4 and newer) and i386 (MacIntel) images. there are no native x86_64 (aka MacIntel 64bit) binaries available, so you must use a version of Pd that is i386 (32bit) compatible.
