There are scattered files for building .debs for the various parts of Pd. There is not a .deb build system based on Pd-extended yet, but hopefully soon will be.
So far, you can get .debs of these: gem, puredata, pd-flext, pd-osc, pd-externals, pd-pdp, pd-pidip and maybe more.
