- For multiple category submissions: Submit a form for each category you are submitting to. Indicate if your application is part of a multiple submission by putting a check mark in the 'multiple submissions' box on the online application form.
- All applicants are invited to include their website along with their application, however; this is not mandatory.
- For artworks and performances not yet completed or in progress please provide sufficient support material such as diagrams if images or video cannot be provided.

Artworks, sound pieces and performances:
Please specify in the 'Technical Requirements' of the submission form :
- Installation requirements (amount of time for set-up/take down, type of space needed, lighting requirements if pertinent to installation etc.)
- Equipment list (indicate what will be supplied by the artist and what will need to be provided)
- Duration of performance (if applicable)
- Indicate if the artwork will need to be shipped or if it will be transported by the artist
In addition to the submission form please provide a URL with the following documentation :
- Date of production
- Images, audio and/or video (no more than 10 images, audio or video documentation should be no longer than 5 minutes in total)
- Dimensions (for installations)
- Diagram of installation (if necessary)
Submissions for workshops should be filled out using the online application. Make sure to include the number of participants the workshop can facilitate, the level of difficulty and the duration in the description. The technical requirements section should include an equipment and materials list indicating what will be supplied by the teacher, what equipment participants should come with (if any) and what will need to be provided.
- Papers exploring any technical, theoretical or aesthetic aspect of PureData or Open-Source software culture or politics are welcomed.
- Full papers (2-6 pages) or 1-page abstracts are due by April 15.
- Acceptance announced June 30
- Accepted papers must be submitted in camera-ready format by July 13.
- Those papers not deemed appropriate for oral presentation may be suggested as poster presentations.
- Submissions can be made in either French or English (although the web interface is in English only).
- The following convention templates are based on ACM's "sig-alternate" template. Authors may wish to download the template directly from the ACM website (http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html), yet please be sure to remove the "category" & "terms" sections, and include the appropriate copyright notice. Otherwise, we highly encourage authors to download the sample LaTeX file and the necessary class (.cls) file using the link below, and modify those instead.
- All submissions will require the following information:
- Name of author(s)
- Affiliations
- Email address(es)
- An abstract (1 page) or full paper (2-6 pages) as an Acrobat .pdf file
