Accounts

 only for "persons" (i don't care for aliens,... but i won't want to have bot accounts)

 accounts might be deleted:

   - if they are bots

   - if they post SPAM

   - if the contact information (email) of the account is invalid

   - if they do not use the portal for a long time (>1year) (???)
