- some of them are not with us anymore.

- probably there should be a timeout mechanism:

  - each developer that has not used their write access within the last 12 months is automatically removed from the list

  - they are free to re-apply for developer status

statistics:

 - 63 registered developers

 - 30 devs committed at least 1 change within the last 365 days

 - 33 devs have not committed anything within the last year

 - 14 devs have not committed anything ever!

 - to get the authors of the commits within the last 12 months, use something like::
