this is what i came up with after a few attempts at making a synth in PD. i call it the chr0n1c-osc! i've made some pretty cool sounds with this thing and my kaoss pad, thought i would share!

This patch sends program (aka: instrument) change messages to the MIDI port using ONLY fader 1 on my keyboard so i can change sounds while i am playing to find the sound i need. The midi is mapped with midiox to my soundcard synth port and also mapped to the midi-out port of the keyboard which is hooked to my DIY midimonitor that sits on top of my keyboard so i can see what notes were hit, and it tells me what instrument program is selected on a bright yellow lcd screen!
